Executive Team

Phil BookmanPhil Bookman is founder and CEO of Assistyx. Phil has extensive experience starting, growing and running successful technology companies. He founded Silton-Bookman Systems, where he led the creation of the learning management systems market. He was also chief operating officer at e-Learning leader Pathlore Software Corporation, and founder and president of Innovation Data Processing, where he pioneered the market for third-party operating system utilities.

In addition to his career in high-tech, Phil spent a decade working as a mental health professional, both in private practice and as a program manager at Rehabilitation Mental Health Services and the County of Santa Clara. He serves as president of the board of directors of AchieveKids, a not-for-profit agency that runs special education schools for special needs kids.

Lenny GreenbergLenny Greenberg is founder and Chief Technology Officer of Assistyx. For over 20 years, Lenny has led organizations in planning and developing advanced technology-based products. Prior to Assistyx, he was vice president of engineering at Noise Free Wireless, where he directed the development of unique technology for improving the quality of digital voice communications. Lenny was also founder and CTO of Pathlore Software Corporation, where he was in charge of product strategy, and was a recognized leader and pioneer in the development and implementation of learning management systems and e-Learning industry standards. Before Pathlore, Lenny managed many new technology initiatives at Computer Associates, Legent, Goal Systems, Sigma Imaging Systems, and Arthur Andersen (now Accenture).
